2. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free, upfront estimates before commencing any work. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment. If unforeseen conditions are discovered during the job that require additional work, we will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding. You are under no obligation to accept an estimate.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. For large projects, we may require a deposit before work begins. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

4. Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship. Labor performed by Port Charlotte Plumbing is warranted against defects in workmanship. Parts and equipment are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage details will be provided in writing upon request. Warranties are void if the work is altered, damaged, or misused by others after completion.

5. Access and Customer Responsibilities

Customer agrees to provide safe, reasonable access to the property and the areas requiring service. Any hazardous conditions (such as mold, asbestos, or unsafe structures) must be disclosed prior to our visit. Port Charlotte Plumbing is not responsible for pre-existing conditions not caused by our work.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service call fee.

7. Limitation of Liability
