Port Charlotte Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing services in Port Charlotte and Charlotte County, FL. All services are performed by licensed plumbing professionals. The scope of work is defined by the written or verbal estimate agreed upon before work begins.
We provide free, upfront estimates before commencing any work. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment. If unforeseen conditions are discovered during the job that require additional work, we will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding. You are under no obligation to accept an estimate.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. For large projects, we may require a deposit before work begins. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.
We stand behind our workmanship. Labor performed by Port Charlotte Plumbing is warranted against defects in workmanship. Parts and equipment are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage details will be provided in writing upon request. Warranties are void if the work is altered, damaged, or misused by others after completion.
Customer agrees to provide safe, reasonable access to the property and the areas requiring service. Any hazardous conditions (such as mold, asbestos, or unsafe structures) must be disclosed prior to our visit. Port Charlotte Plumbing is not responsible for pre-existing conditions not caused by our work.
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service call fee.
Port Charlotte Plumbing's liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry liability insurance; details are available on request.
